Description

This is a T-Rex Fossil Bone Fragment from a Tyrannosaurus Rex Dinosaur.

This was found in the Hell Creek Formation of Carter County, South Dakota.

This is a relisted bone as the overseas buyer failed to complete the order.

This Trex Bone Fragment 13 is from a Tyrannosaurus. It was discovered September 13, 2007. It was discovered at a verified TRex site but the skeleton and surrounding bones and skeleton were to badly damaged and weathered to attempt recovery. Complete bones are hard to find and when found are extremely expensive. They are hard to find because of scavenger dinosaurs and bone decay. But also the bones are very brittle. If not excavated correctly they will literally fall apart. But this one has been stabilized.

This was recovered by a museum development company that I was associated with that was constructing dinosaur exhibit. But this was excess to the exhibit. Because the company then closed I was able to purchase this Trex Bone Fragment 13. It can now be offered to the public.

This is your opportunity to own this exceptional fossil.  This is a stabilized fragment that is 1 1/2  inches long by 1 inch wide and presented in this 4 1/4 by 5 1/4 inch glass topped leatherette case made in America.
